Called Licitra for a small roof repair after a couple other companies botched the job. These guys were fantastic. Reasonably priced, efficient, friendly, cleaned up after themselves. Used them for another small repair on another section of the roof. I love that they will do small jobs, not just a tear off!!
Licitra gave us a detailed estimate a couple of days after we called. The work was done as scheduled for the price quoted. They cleaned up every tiny bit of debris. We received before and after pictures, We could not be happier with Licitra!
I got an estimate from Licitra, they weren't the most expensive and they weren't the cheapest, but they were the most comprehensive in their estimate & quality of work was outstanding. Michael Licitra, his foreman Alberto, and crew kept me informed every step of the way, made me feel at ease.

I called 2 roofing companies on the same day in the morning for my fathers house. Mike was out that morning, talked with my father, and we had a quote that afternoon e-mailed.
The other company I had to call back and they showed almost no interest in the work.
After a little negotiations, we settled on a price and things were put in motion. Mike handled everything from permits, to clean up.
His crew did both the house and garage roof. Both look beautiful and I couldn't be happier. They did a good job of clean up and I'm sure we will be happy with this roof for years to come.

Had a wonderful experience with Licitra last summer. They replaced our entire roof. We were out of town during the work, but they provided pictures of all the work being done and took great care to make sure that our extensive landscaping was not affected in any way. The neighbors kept an eye on them and said that everything was being done to a high standard and the crew was really nice and considerate. I chose Licitra because I noticed that they did the roof for an older neighbor who has lived in the neighborhood for decades and who takes immaculate care of his home. This company has an excellent reputation.
They replaced my son’s roof two years ago when we were visiting Chicago. My husband & I couldn’t get over the excellent workmanship. The workers were neat, prompt & dependable. It took three days to do his work as they had many layers to remove & wood needed to be replaced. Each day they totally cleaned up the property before they left. I would highly recommend this company for roof repair or replacement.
